Christmas Classics - Salt Dough Ornaments

Christmas Classics - Salt Dough Ornaments

Salt dough ornaments. A bit of nostalgia mixed in with some cute and lasting kiddo creations mixed in with an activity that can span days …WAIT did she say an activity that can span days?!?! You bet I did! This is one craft you won’t mind doing with your kids because it will keep them occupied for 2-3 days minimum and to top it off it is super cheap which is great if your kiddo is like mine and insists on giving a gift to every single person he’s ever met!

Two years ago this week he started walking.

One year ago this week Teddy was running around at his first beach trip.

When the Weather Outside is Frightful (or less than ideal)

When the Weather Outside is Frightful (or less than ideal)

April showers might bring May flowers but what about that cold rain you get in March?

Yesterday we had big plans.  Wake up (please dear God not before 5:30AM), eat a well rounded breakfast (probably in front of the TV), and wait for on of Teddy's favorite people to arrive.  Then we were going to hit up a park or two, watch some trains, and have a picnic lunch.  Big things I tell you.

The Artist's Studio

The Artist's Studio

Teddy is all boy.  He likes trucks and cars, he runs at breakneck speed through the day, he climbs up and jumps off furniture.  One of our closest friends calls him T-Dog and T-$.  But sometimes even the craziest of kiddos need to chill.

When Teddy seems like he needs a chill activity we head down to the basement bathroom and set up his artist's studio.
